Phone‑first option: Not a fan of forms? Call 01384 910656 and our team will set it up with you in about 5 minutes.

Consent & payments: Orders are placed under the customer’s account with your contact added for support. One payment method covers the plan; you can change or cancel before [cut‑off day/time] each week.

Safeguarding & welfare: If no one answers the door, our driver will try your secondary contact. If we still can’t complete delivery, we’ll follow the safe‑place instructions on the account and update you.
Reheating & storage

Chilled on arrival for maximum freshness.

Fridge: keep at ≤5°C and enjoy within [X] days (see label).

Freezer: you may freeze on the day of delivery; defrost safely in the fridge before reheating.

Reheat: microwave or oven until piping hot throughout; allow to stand and check temperature before serving.
